By accessing and using the IusEntra website and its offerings, you agree to these terms.

2. Legal Services

IusEntra provides personalized legal services for senior individuals, including estate planning, power of attorney, and guardianship assistance. Each service requires an initial assessment and professional input.

3. Informational Products

Digital resources such as guides, templates, and checklists are available for purchase and delivered electronically. These materials are for personal reference and do not substitute professional consultation.

4. Goods

Printed materials or supplementary items are offered and delivered via standard channels. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Responsibility passes to the client upon delivery.

5. Fees and Processing

Service fees are detailed on the relevant pages. By providing payment details, you authorize the charge. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and incidental charges.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Legal Services: If substantive work has not commenced, clients may request a refund or transfer. A service is considered commenced once document drafting or equivalent work begins. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method within 15 business days. Transfers to an alternate date or equivalent service are available at no extra charge, subject to availability. Services involving specialized preparation, court filings, or third-party charges are non-refundable due to incurred commitments and professional time.

6.2 Informational Products: Refund requests within 14 days of access will result in access revocation and a refund credited back within 10 business days.

6.3 Goods: Physical items may be sent back in original condition within 30 days. Shipping cost for sending back is the responsibility of the client. Once items are received and inspected, a refund will be credited back within 10 business days.

7. Modifications to Terms

IusEntra reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
